Amanda has a passion for developing people and strives to get the best out of people. She has successfully managed large training and development teams / designed, where she has delivered Core Skills Programmes for all Line Managers. Amanda’s key skills and experience sit within the Performance Management process from inception to delivery and evaluation. Throughout Amanda’s career she has been involved in all aspects of HR, dealing with shop floor issues right through to Senior Management / Directors and Board, focusing on more complex HR issues.
